Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process the return.

Situations Where Only Partial Refunds Are Granted:

  • Books with obvious signs of use.
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records.
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts due to reasons not caused by TheOneden.
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming its receipt and informing you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as processing times may cause delays.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at [email protected] and send your item to our return address.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once your return is received, we will issue a gift certificate.If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had it shipped to themselves, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, and they will be notified of the return.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
